• Glacier National Park offers visitors the opportunity to fish, hike, camp, view wildlife & road trip through one of the most beautiful landscapes in the country.

• Flathead National Forest has the beauty without the crowds. The blue hues are magical, and Flathead Lake is the largest & cleanest lake in North America.

• The Whitefish Trail is a community asset stretching 36 miles including 10 trailheads and providing natural surface trails in a rural forested environment.

• Whitefish’s city beach may not be the ocean , but it has sand and crystal clear water and mountain skyline view.

• Whitefish Mountain Resort is Eight miles away from downtown Whitefish. With 3,000 skiable acres in the winter and free hiking all summer.

• Whitefish Farmers Market every Tuesday from the end of May to the end of September downtown.

Glacier National Park

It’s hard not to be amazed with every inch of this beautiful National Park. West Glacier is by far the most popular with Lake McDonald being open year round. The North Fork, Many Glacier and East Glacier are other sections of the park on the U.S side of the border. Going To The Sun Road is the most popular drive being open summer to early fall as you can drive through the hear of The Rockies.
